Yes, we call it a trip to remember, and why, you would certainly know after you give our experience a read. Ours was a trip to Ranthambore, a wildlife sanctuary, known for its tigers and is one of the best places in India to catch a glimpse of these majestic predators in the jungle. Tigers can be effortlessly spotted even during the day time. Although the best time to visit Ranthambore National Park is in November and May when the nature of the dry deciduous forests crafts sightings common. Its deciduous forests were once a fraction of the splendid jungles of Central India.
But as we all organized it in the month of January, as per the convenience of everyone, we were more than just elated to be going there. Finally the big day arrived. With our bags packed and spirits high, we boarded our taxi. Trip for 6, fun and frolic all the way long. All of us with our most imperfect singing skills on display had a blast at its best. After traveling for quite a while, we found ourselves occupying the gypsy that would take us straight to the place of adventure.
Being photo session an integral part of our trip, we had the most fun evoking and joyful clicking of all times. As the ignition took heat, we began on our most awaited journey into the jungle. With the animal kingdom around we felt not only close to nature, but at the same time also felt those Goosebumps with the feeling of being inside a real forest. Herd of Deer, along with various single deer on the go, was a sight worth a stare. But something that our eyes were searching for was that regal creature. As the safari coming to an end and we feeling a little disappointed of not spotting our desire in the wild, suddenly one of us shrieked out, LOOK…LOOK… There went the majestic stripes, although it was for a fraction of seconds that we got to see the tiger but those few nanoseconds were enough for us, to feel that our journey didn’t go waste.
Happy and satisfied, we made our return trip to Jaipur. With this travel worth mentioning in our travelogue, we would certainly say that it was a trip to remember.
